Executive/Overview Reports

Performance Indicator Library

This report is a tabular breakdown of the organisation's total list of performance indicators (PIs). See performance indicator help for information on creating and editing PIs.

The navigation icons on the left of the report display the PI properties and link to components of the performance indicator module. Some of the icons available depend on the PI's properties but number four at the most and are, from left to right:

Icon	Title	Description
	Performance Indicator Definition:	Clicking on this icon brings up the definition template of the PI module used to set up PIs. If the PI is in use many of the fields will not be editable. See performance indicator definition, for an example.
	Associated documents:	If this icon is visible then there is a URL associated with the PI that links to supporting documentation.
	Performance Indicator Template:	If this icon is visible then the PI is active and an overview of the PI is available. See performance indicator template for an example.
	Excel import template:	This icon allows a spreadsheet of the PI and its measurements to be displayed (see figure 2).

Like all Escendency reports the Performance Indicator Library report can be exported so that a snap shot can be saved on file as and when is required (to do this scroll to the bottom of the report and select the Export Report icon and follow the default). Because of the number of components in the report the file will be saved as a zip file. Users with Windows XP can use the default zipping utility to unzip the file while users of older machines will need a third party zip software.
