Executive/Overview Reports

My Performance Breakdown (Owners) or My Performance Breakdown (Measurers) report.

This report is a graphical and tabular breakdown of performance targets that the user owns (Owners) or measures (Measurers) and is therefore ultimately responsible for targets within the whole organisation (Owners) or for measuring them (Measurers). There is no physical difference between the two reports other than targets displayed. Selecting the 'By Date' option on the report link allows the user to define the last date to run the report by.

Like all Escendency reports the Performance Breakdown (Owner) report can be exported so that a snap shot of the entire corporate performance can be saved on file as and when is required (to do this scroll to the bottom of the report and select the Export Report icon and follow the default). Because of the number of components in the report the file will be saved as a zip file. Users with Windows XP can use the default zipping utility to unzip the file while users of older machines will need a third party zip software.
