Escendency links your people to the performance measures and action plans they are responsible for, through the organisation, whilst at all times ensuring everything is aligned and directed at meeting the overarching strategic level corporate objectives.

Everyone authorised by you has access to your Escendency system through username and password to their own customised dashboard.

Everyone's control panel will be different and depend on what access rights and privileges they have so that they in turn only receive information, in real-time, that is relevant to carry out the duties of their role.

Anyone, be they a Chief Executive, employee, manager, committee member, multi-partnership member or other stakeholder, can be included as you see fit.

We feel strongly that we are breaking the mould for performance management in district authorities.
