Executive/Overview Reports: Performance Indicator Status by Type Report

This report is a graphical and tabular breakdown of active performance indicators by their types and their contribution to the whole organisation. The Escendency system comes with a default set of performance indicator types. Types can be added to, deleted, or edited in the PI Types module of the control panel.

The Performance Indicator Status by Type report is colour coded following Escendency's default standard (see control panel help for more information). The example above shows two indicator types, BVPI (a default) and CPI (a user modification of the 'local PI' default). The system can support as many indicator types as the organisation requires. See Indicator Type Help for information on setting up indicator types.

Like all Escendency reports the Performance Indicator Status by Type report can be exported so that a snap shot can be saved on file as and when is required (to do this scroll to the bottom of the report and select the Export Report icon and follow the default). Because of the number of components in the report the file will be saved as a zip file. Users with Windows XP can use the default zipping utility to unzip the file while users of older machines will need a third party zip software.
