Administrative Reports: Indicator Audit report

The Indicator Audit report shows a tabular display of all the current performance indicators (PIs) in the organisation (figure 1). Each PI can be expanded to list all the performance targets that have been associated with it in the past. Note: performance indicators can be used continuously for specific performance targets provided those target's measurement date ranges do not overlap each other (see performance target help for more information on setting up performance targets with performance indicators).

Clicking on one of the performance targets displays an audit trail for that specific target (figure 2). The trail lists dates, values, and names of all the measurement and validation tasks associated with that performance indicator for that specific target. Note: none of the values can be changed or deleted.

Like all Escendency reports the Indicator Audit report can be exported. Users with Windows XP can use the default zipping utility to unzip the file while users of older machines will need a third party zip software.
